A signed Time & Materials SEO Agreement may include a Non-Compete and prohibit SpiderSplat from working with others in a given vertical/keyword space.
Considering the necessity of "paid links" and other SEO expenses, a small SEO budget will usually be established in addition to the 50 labor hrs.
Clients are notified in advance if hours are expected to exceed 50 in a month.
